Message from the Group Director...
As Group Director of the Active Consulting Solutions Group I would like to extend a warm welcome.
In 2004 we launched into the training arena with the plan to become one of the most reputable UK training organisations serving the needs of worldwide customers in the travel and hospitality industry. Since then we have experienced a continual growth which has included the acquisition of other training related companies along with the introduction of new products, services and joint ventures with other organisations. As a result of this at the end of 2006 we decided to embark on the introduction of a new group name and branding which reflected our ability to provide training, recruitment and consultancy solutions that proactively meet the demands of our ever increasing customer based - and hence our name Active Solutions Consulting Group.
Within our group we have four sub-divisions, all of which are administrated and managed from our offices and training facilities located five minutes from London Gatwick Airport. Each sub division focuses on a particular area of expertise with associated products and services. These are as follows:

- Active Fire Management
- Active Corporate and Management Solutions
- Active Recruitment and Personnel Solutions
With our enhanced portfolio of services and products we are committed to offering a high level of service to both existing and new customers. Our commitment to quality is now manifested in both our Customer Commitment Charter and our Quality Assurance Manuals, all of which we will gladly discuss and share with you. We have new systems and procedures that have been designed to make things easier for both our customers and team colleagues, and many of these can be accessed from any worldwide location. Loyalty is paramount within our organisation and the repeat business and commendable feedback is testimony to this.
